Title: Bow Ties with Eggplant Sauce

12ozPasta -- bow tie
1/4cOnion -- chopped
2mdGarlic cloves -- minced
1/4cVegetable Stock
1/4tsCayenne pepper
3cEggplant -- chopped
3cTomatoes, canned
1/2tsBasil
1/2tsOregano

Cook pasta al dente. Heat garlic, onion, and pepper in broth. Simmer 5 minute s. Add eggplant and simmer until soft. Add tomatoes, a nd spices. Simmer 20 minutes. Toss with pasta.
